1. Only serious buyers are welcomed. 2. No back outs are allowed once order has been confirmed. 3. Once order has been placed, a confirmation email with the payment details will be sent to your email address. 4. Upon receiving the confirmation email, please kindly arrange for payment within 1-2 days. Once payment has been received, goods will be sent out. 5. Due to uploading of photos in the web, the actual colours may vary. 6. We will ensure the accuracy of the information displayed to the highest level. 7. We reserved the right to correct any errors whether in pricing, descriptions or photos without prior notice.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges Exchanges are only accepted when Little Bug Shop is at fault. 1. In the case of "Little Bug Shop is at fault" [(1)-(3) as follows] (1) The merchandise is different from what the customer ordered. (wrong shipment) (2) The merchandise is defective. (3) The merchandise is damaged. We will reimburse the customer for shipping cost inccured. Please inform us in advance if you wish to make exchange. If the item(s) to be exchanged are out of stock or have been discontinued, the customer will be given a full refund or the merchandise. 2. In the case of "At the convenience of customer", exchanges are not accepted. If the customer wishes to make any exchange for any reason (change to different size, color, or pattern), then please return the unwanted item(s), and make a new order for your desired goods. Regarding returns please follow the procedure outline in "4" below. As for why exchanges are not possible. This policy are created in mind for our customers - if you make another order after returning your unwanted merchandise, this method helps to reduce the burden of the postage.

We will reimburse the customer for shipping cost inccured. * In the event of a return of set merchandise (ex. 2-Piece set), please include all items in the set in the condition that it was delivered in when making the return. If even 1 item is missing from the set (or, an included item or accessory), we will not able to proceed your return. 4. In the case of "At the convenience of customer". If the customer is not satisfied with the items (not satisfied with the color or print, the size does not fit, etc), the customer is responsible for all shipping cost inccured. We do not accept returns in the following cases. - Customer has not informed Little Bug Shop about returns/exchanges within 14 days after the receipt of merchandise - Items that have been used or worn once. - Merchandise without the original case or package - Merchandise that has been adjusted or cleaned by the customer. - Merchandise that has been spoilted or damaged by the customers - Sale item(s)
1) Email us at email@example.com with the order form below. 2) Wait for our confirmation email & bank in the total amount (inclusive of postage charges) to our Maybank/Public Bank / OCBC bank account. 3) Delivery will be made within 1-2 working days upon receipt of payment.
